Terms of Service
Last updated October 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and XOR Core, LLC, doing business as Line Tappy. They cover your use of the LineTappy app, website and services. In these Terms, "LineTappy", "we" and "us" mean Line Tappy.
The service
LineTappy is an app for texting and calling from phone numbers in your own Twilio account. You need a Twilio account; Twilio bills you directly for your numbers, messages and calls under your agreement with Twilio. LineTappy isn't made or endorsed by Twilio.
Who can use LineTappy
You must be 18 or older to use LineTappy.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your LineTappy and Twilio sign-in details secure, and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- Follow the law and Twilio's and the carriers' rules when you text and call, including getting consent before texting people, honoring STOP requests, and registering your numbers for texting where required (such as A2P 10DLC in the US).
- Don't use LineTappy for spam, harassment, fraud or anything illegal.
Emergency calls
LineTappy is not a replacement for your phone's emergency calling. Emergency numbers such as 911 are always handed to your phone's own dialer, and LineTappy can't place them.
Subscriptions
LineTappy is a subscription with a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, through Google Play or your account on this website. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
When a subscription ends
If your subscription ends, because you cancel or a payment fails:
- For 7 days, nothing changes. Texts and calls keep working, and LineTappy reminds you to renew.
- Then LineTappy lets go of your numbers. It puts each number's Twilio settings back the way they were before you used LineTappy. The app becomes read-only: your history stays visible, but you can't text or call from it.
- Texts and calls may stop reaching you. If nothing handled a number before LineTappy (no webhook, Studio flow or forwarding in Twilio), texts to it aren't delivered anywhere and calls to it fail, until you subscribe again or set the number up in Twilio yourself. LineTappy isn't responsible for messages or calls missed after your subscription ends.
- Your numbers stay yours, and Twilio keeps billing you. Ending LineTappy doesn't cancel or release your numbers; Twilio charges for them until you release them in your Twilio account.
- Subscribe again and it all comes back. LineTappy keeps your setup and re-applies it to your numbers.
You confirm that you understand this when you set up LineTappy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LineTappy running, but it depends on third parties (including Twilio, Google and Microsoft) and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or improve features, and will tell you about significant changes.
Limitation of liability
LineTappy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for charges from Twilio or your carrier, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using LineTappy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
